Search for parcels

Perform a search to efficiently locate parcels.

Parcel search functions like a typical web browser search, allowing you to enter any amount of information and find all related records. For example, a search for Test would find parcels with Test in the street address, such as "123 Test St.," as well as parcels with an owner named Test, such as "Test Owner."

Access parcel search

  • To access parcel search, select Parcels on the left-side navigation.

  • You can also access a simple parcel search on the Home page or from a parcel record.

Perform a parcel search

  • To perform a simple search, enter a search term and select Search Parcels.

  • Select Recent History to view your 50 recent searches in descending order. Select a recent search to perform a search automatically.

  • For more search options, select Show Advanced Search.

The following legend describes the available Advanced Search options.

  1. Parcel identifiers: Enter a search term to locate a parcel.

  2. Show Active, Inactive, Pending, All: Select the status of parcel records to include in the search.

  3. Search Parcels: After entering the search criteria, select Search Parcels or press Enter to perform the search.

  4. Clear Search: Clear all search criteria and the search grids.

  5. Tax Years: Enter or select tax year(s).

  6. Parcel Type: Select the type of parcel, either Real or Mobile Home.

  7. Parcel Status: Select the status assigned to the parcel.

  8. Workgroup: Enter or select any workgroup associated with the parcel.

  9. District/Areas: Enter or select district/area(s).

  10. Filter By Type: Enter or select a district/area type(s).

  11. Property Type Classification: Enter or select the property type classification(s).

  12. Associated Party Type: Enter or select the party type(s) associated to the parcel.

  13. Associated Party Name: Enter the name of any party associated to the parcel.

  14. Property Description: Enter a description.

  15. Sale Date range: Enter or select the date range in which the parcel was sold.

  16. ATI Date range: Enter or select the date range in which the assessable transfer of interest occurred.

  17. Deed Book: Enter the Deed Book and Page numbers.

  18. Plat Book: Enter the Plat Book and Page numbers.

  19. Mobile Home information: Enter the mobile home's Serial/VIN, Registration/Permit, Decal Number, or Expiration Date, if applicable.

  20. Search results: View the search results in the grids below the search box.

    Select a parcel identifier to view the parcel record Overview.

    Note: Search results are sorted by the primary identifier (i.e., Map Number) by default.
  • Reset Filters: Reset any filters applied to search results in the grid.

  • Export to Excel: Download an Excel file of the search results.
